Questions, answered.

WhatsLove is a chemistry-first dating app. Instead of swiping on photos, you record a short voice profile and our matching uses your voice profile, preferences and how you interact to suggest people worth hearing. The app is free to download and use; optional paid plans and a one-time Lifetime Founder upgrade unlock extra features.

Free: First voice intro, Chat voice messages, Listening, Spark Meter with top reason, Daily voice prompt. Voice Style tags and the full Spark Meter breakdown are included on all paid plans (Plus, VIP, Elite and Founder). Spark Meter with its top reason is free for everyone.

WhatsLove is available on iPhone via the Apple App Store and on Android via Google Play. The same account works across both platforms.

You must be 18 or older. Download the app, record a short voice profile (about 20 seconds), and you're matching the same day. There is no swiping, no questionnaire, and no photo-first onboarding.

We suggest people based on your voice intro, your profile and your preferences. Once you start talking, your shared Spark Meter shows how the conversation is going: whether you're both speaking, how balanced it is, how quickly you reply and how curious you are about each other. It's measured from what actually happens in your conversation, not predicted by an algorithm.

No. The Spark Meter is the same for both of you and can't be bought. Paid plans unlock a detailed breakdown and conversation tips, never a higher score.

Yes. Voice messages are converted to text so we can keep WhatsLove safe (for example, spotting scams or abuse) and to power your Spark Meter. The other person only hears your voice.

A short, playful read on how your voices sit together, written by AI. It's for fun, not a scientific measure. With your consent, WhatsLove measures your speaking pace, pauses, pitch variation and loudness variation from your voice recordings to describe your speaking style and suggest people with a similar style. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings. We do not identify people by voice, store voiceprints, or detect emotions or personality. Voice Style tags and the full Spark Meter breakdown are included on all paid plans (Plus, VIP, Elite and Founder). Spark Meter with its top reason is free for everyone.

Voice-first profiles make it much harder to fake who you are. You hear the real person before you match, and report and block tools are on every profile.

SuperVoice lets you send a voice message of up to 30 seconds to anyone before matching. They hear your real voice, energy, and warmth, then choose to match with the real you. SuperVoice™: Free 15 credits · Plus 10 credits · VIP 5 credits · Elite Included · Founder Included.

Yes. Photos are optional. Many users start with voice-only profiles because matches are driven by personality, not appearance. You can add a photo later if you want, your match rate doesn't depend on it.

One tap on the discreet SOS button sends your live GPS location to up to three trusted contacts you choose during setup, with a pre-written emergency message in their language. SOS uses your phone's native WhatsApp or SMS, your contacts don't need to install WhatsLove.

Voice samples are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored only for matching, and never sold or shared with advertisers. You can delete your voice data and your account at any time from inside the app, the deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Three layers: voice-first profiles (which make it much harder to fake who you are), the built-in SOS button for any in-person meeting, and proactive moderation of safety reports. Anyone violating safety policy is removed immediately and permanently.

No. WhatsLove is 18+ only. Age is verified at signup and we have a zero-tolerance policy on minor accounts, any suspected minor is removed immediately and reported in line with CSAE prevention standards.

WhatsLove is GDPR-compliant. You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time. Requests are handled inside the app or via support, no friction, no waiting.

Founders get unlimited SuperVoice messages, priority matching, an exclusive Founder badge, and lifetime access to every premium feature WhatsLove ever launches, for a one-time payment.
